We are proud to introduce a new community service initiative which will allow all TDG employees to make a difference in other peoples' lives. This program will reimburse up to 8 hours per year for volunteer work performed during regular work hours.  Employees will be able to donate their time to a non-profit program of their choice. A request form must be completed by all participants and the time off must be approved in advance by their direct supervisor. All employees will be required to provide proof of the hours volunteered.

There are many volunteer programs in the area that are in desperate need of help.  If you have any trouble finding a charity, please contact Director of Human Resources, Susannah Wheelock, for a list of non-profit organizations in the area.

TDG's Community Service Program will begin September 1.  We are looking forward to everyone's participation in this exciting new program.
